Fill in the Application Submission Form, following the guidance in the selection criteria document.
Sign the Participation Declaration Form.
Record a 2-minute video on your phone or camera summarising your innovation, the problem it addresses, how it works, and why you should be selected.
Email everything to projects@adroitconsultinternational.com, copying ira.sandbox@ira.go.ug. Subject line suggestion: "IIC 2026 Application – [Your organisation / name]"
