The 3rd Annual Insurtech workshop was held under the theme “The Pursuit of Innovation and the Quest for Relevance in a Disrupted Insurance Landscape.” The aim was to challenge industry players to move beyond merely recognizing the importance of innovation and instead embrace continuous adaptation in response to rapidly evolving technologies, changing customer expectations and emerging business models.
